We accept a range of payment methods including bank transfer, credit and debit card, EFTPOS and cash. Payment details are provided with your invoice on completion of the job, and we are happy to discuss options that work for you.

Do you offer emergency electrical services?

Yes. For urgent electrical issues such as power outages, sparking outlets, burning smells, or safety hazards, call us directly on 0422 357 222 for priority scheduling. Where possible we will get to you the same day. Please phone rather than email for emergencies so we can respond immediately.

Do I need to be home during the job?

Accepted Answer

Not always. For straightforward jobs where we have access, you do not need to be home the whole time, though we recommend being there at the start so we can confirm the scope and at the end for the walk-through. For rental properties and body corporate work, we regularly coordinate access with agents or building managers.
